Processing and delivery time for bundles, closures, and frontals is typically 7-14 days. This time frame is subject to change due to sales or holidays. Orders are not shipped out on weekends or holidays.
All wigs are created once you place your order and can take up to 14 days to create. Shipping times may take up to another 7 days.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our product and because custom wigs have been made according to your head measurements and specifications, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason.
Please read all disclosures and product information prior to making a purchase. When purchasing wigs please be sure you have chosen the correct texture, density and length prior to checking out. We do not offer any warranties, guarantees or repairs. Please measure your head circumference and front to back length in inches, as shown on the wig measurement chart page. You may also watch YouTube videos on how to take these measurements in order to guarantee a correct measurement. We are not responsible for a wig that does not fit.
